What amazes me most about cybertruck owners is that they treat all the crap that happens to their car as normal, as if this is something you have with all cars... No dudes, iyou pay $100k for a car and panels fall off on their own? If this were any other brand you'd bring the car back and expect a full refund. But not with Tesla, they just bring it to the service station and "still the best car I ever owned" until the next bit falls off. It's allmost asif you feel blessed to have this truck and want to show the world how you suffer for the greater good... or something.. I don't know, I'd just want a fully functioning car that doesn't break down or drop panels etc... I guess I'm just pickier about where I put my $100k.

Save.up a bunch of dings then get repaired all at once.

Not gonna lie, battery at 52% for going down the road and back is pretry scary, how far could you actually get in those conditions? 100 miles? I dont think ive seen a cyber truck get over 200 miles while driving normally. Only going down sea level by 100s of meters

This is so frustrating. Obviously the car does not have adequate sensors to self drive. The fact this is being done by customers playing with it, and not research & safety engineers speaks volumes about Elon's carelessness but even more so, the government's corruption letting them get away with this.

Regular Windex can damage stainless steel because it contains ammonia. Repeated exposure to ammonia and other chemicals in Windex can permanently damage stainless steel

Could you please try to get few secs of cabin sound in the cybertruck? I heard it gets loud in there with all the low quality materials…not sure how true that is!

Speeding thresholds change depending on settings. If you’re driving without FSD on, cycle through the aggressiveness settings with the left/right positions on the right scroll wheel. You’ll see the max speed change depending on your setting. On a 70MPH highway, chill allows up to 74, average 77, and assertive 81. I wish they’d give you more control on what the car will automatically select. I don’t like that I have to manually drop the max speed while using assertive to keep it under +5MPH. Using anything but assertive on the highway is infuriating because the other settings won’t change lanes often or at all to pass slow traffic. It’s also annoying when the auto speed setting locks you out of changing the speed with the scroll wheel at all. They really need to add a bit more user control preferences. Overall, it’s definitely getting much smoother and better at decision making since v12, but it’s still got a ways to go. Great for my 3 hour daily commute though, I’m much less tired at the end of the day with FSD shouldering the majority of the drive.

Wait until it warms up and your plastic covers over the truck bed start lifting. It is held on by double sided tape and melt and lifts up. No issue as to Tesla Service correcting this if you request a fix.

I notice that it always comes in waves. I do years of absolutely no accidents, not even any close calls. Then over the course of 1 month, I accidentally back my trailer into the side of my truck, a week later someone runs a red light, gets hit, rolls into a parking lot and hits the other side of my truck. I have it sent for insurance repairs from the car crash, and literally the day after I get it back I have a front-end collision making a turn and the other person did not stop for their stop sign, and just hit me. It's been years since then, so I'm really worried the next wave is coming LOL

Some years ago, I had a Nissan P/U. Drove it into the garage and everything was fine. Went out the next morning and the driver's side window was shattered. Electric windows are under pressure when they close and apparently there was a stone chip in the window and overnight, boom the stress got to be a little too much and the window shattered. Crazy.

That is absolutely insanely cheap to fix that huge panel. RIVIAN got rear-ended and two different people paid north of $40k. My BMW X5M just got back from a small dent in the tail gate and it cost $3200 for a small lower gate. Paint is expensive.
